Find. Compare. Evaluate.
Selecting suitable recycled plastics is often difficult due to: ▪️lack of transparency ▪️inconsistent data ▪️limited comparability
The plastship digital platform creates a structured foundation to identify, compare and evaluate recyclates with confidence.
In practice, companies often lack: ▪️comparable material data ▪️clear quality assessments ▪️transparency on origin and feedstocks
This increases sourcing risks and makes reliable decision-making more difficult.
Through structured material data, the platform enables direct comparability of recyclates.
This allows materials not only to be identified, but also evaluated in terms of quality, properties and suitability for application.
A core element of the platform is the plastship Monitored Materials database:
▪️verified recyclate qualities ▪️structured and comparable data ▪️continuous monitoring of material properties
This creates a reliable foundation for decision-making.
Recyclate quality is not static, but evolves dynamically based on feedstock, processing and market conditions.
Continuous monitoring and structured data collection make these changes visible and comparable.
This enables reliable evaluation across the entire lifecycle of material use.
The platform is not a standalone tool, but part of an integrated supply solution:
The platform links material data directly with real feedstocks and existing supply structures. It is not just an information system, but a tool that:
Looking for suitable recyclate qualities or greater transparency in your material decisions?
We show you how to integrate the platform and Monitored Materials into your sourcing process.
Yes, it is designed to integrate into sourcing, evaluation and supply processes.
Material data is continuously monitored and updated to reflect changes in quality and availability.
Through structured data, defined criteria and continuous monitoring of material properties.
Traditional databases provide static data sheets. The plastship platform connects data with real feedstocks, availability and continuous monitoring.
By searching using application-specific criteria, materials can be filtered in a targeted manner and assessed for their suitability.
