ITG 500 Bench

The ITG 500 Benchanalyser detects, classifies, documents and records optical defects on or in films samples (DIN A4 / DIN A3) with reflected light (total reflection) for opaque film as well as for front and back side combination with a transmitted light for transparent films.

The defects are automatically fault classes such as gels, burning particles, fish eyes, dirt, creases, holes or fly-classified. Photos, data, characteristics, and a role report of the defects are available for further investigation via a defect defect wallpaper (MAP).

The ITG 500 Bench System can be easily integrated into your IT network via network interfaces.

Data can be downloaded via the local USB interface and evaluations can be tracked from each individual workstation.
