The KISS project (AI-based qualification, control and optimisation of material flows to close regional resource loops) forms the foundation for an initiative implemented by RIGK GmbH, supported by Technologieland Hessen. In collaboration with renowned partners, we are developing an AI-powered platform that efficiently analyses and classifies used plastics and identifies optimal recycling pathways. The database and technologies help reintegrate plastics into the value chain quickly and sustainably.

    With PlastCert, KISS offers comprehensive testing of mechanical, rheological and physical properties. This is crucial to prepare your recyclates for the next production cycle and to ensure consistent quality.

    RAM ensures that the optical properties of your materials meet the highest standards – particularly important for the packaging and film industry. We measure opacity and analyse surface defects over 1m² for accurate material assessment.

  • Polymer Composition Analysis 

     

    Thanks to Veridis, we can precisely determine the composition of your plastics, ensuring consistency and quality. This is essential for processing performance and maximising recycling potential.
